The stomach is the source of all our insecurities. Swimsuits..that’s a pain and tight clothing is the worst.
The number one thing we get jealous of is people with flat stomachs or abs. We think they live a better life because they can wear and eat whatever they want and not have to worry about. When that’s not always the case.
It’s not going to be the easiest thing to get a flat stomach, let alone abs. For starters people think dieting is the best, yes anything working on your body starts with your diet. Then it turns into working it out. You can eat all the salads and vegetables you want, but if you aren't doing any sort of exercise you aren’t really doing much for your body’s figure.
Next there’s the way you’re working out. It may not be all the time, but for most the first thing that comes to some of our minds are CRUNCHES. The burden of every ab workout! Then theres sit-ups in which a lot of people strongly dislike. When thats not always the best workout.
Theres so much more to ab workouts than just crunches and situps! I’m the type of person that when it comes to working out if theres a specific exercise I don’t like I go by “don’t like it, find a loophole that works the same muscles”
Like for crunches...I can’t stand doing them, so i do pike-ups. Or for substitution of sit-ups do planks or russian roulette (which I’ll explain later).
Not to mention you can always look up new ways to modify or do another workout that works the same muscles! There’s so many more easy, but challenging exercises that you can do and below is an example some other exercises.

I hope this video was a big help. I do this myself and honestly it’s a easy workout and the more you do it and progress at it you can begin to challenge yourself. It has impacted my body tremendously as well. Working all the areas that need to be toned and tightened. Also adding muscle to areas I didn’t even know about!
