Of course you try the small workouts that we see online and what we see the “body builders” do at the gym, but how do we find a workout that works specifically for our bodies? Part of it is finding what we want to cut and tone. Also the other half is finding what needs to be one-hundred percent banished.
Working out in any way shape or form shouldn’t be a burden! It’s meant to be fun and to help you feel more confident about how you look. Yes sometimes depending on your situation a little exercise would be needed for you body type, but everyone should get a little bit of exercising!
For starters if you see that immediately going to “pump the iron” isn’t for you start with the small things like walking. Or going for a jog with your dog or a friend. Or even do dance classes. It may not feel like you’re working, but anything that you’re sweating and moving around is burning calories which is good for you. Then after you can put more in your body and repeat the same. Not to mention you can also do yoga. Yes believe it or yoga is exercise, it’s actually a unique way of fitness too.
It stretches your body while building muscle through the contouring you’re doing to go into different poses. In addition; HOT YOGA! Yes hot yoga; doing the same regular yoga, but not in regular temperature rooms. Hot yoga is normally performed in hot and humid rooms to make the muscles looser, in which is fairly good for your muscles to build better.
Second there’s zumba!! Zumba is fabulous. It’s just straight up dancing and having a good time. Honestly it’s so fun you wouldn’t even see it as working out. It’s fast pace, jumping and cheering. It’s like we’re a whole bunch of cheerleaders doing our own thing to the same song and beat. It’s awesome you burn a bunch of calories and in some cases you can lose a lot of weight (if you do it on a consistent basis). It’s among the #1 workouts women prefer to do next to yoga and weight lifting.
